Ok, so 2/3 of the way through, woohoo! I cheated again today and had a couple of mixed drinks, but I made great choices at meal times!
Breakfast: Had my typical shrimp, asparagus, and mushroom omelet with grapefruit and green juice.
Lunch: tuna salad made with whole30 mayo on a bed of spring mix
Dinner: grilled shrimp and scallops and a sweet potato
It’s funny, the women next to me were having chocolate lava cake and key lime pie and while they sound delicious, it wasn’t like I was holding the chain on a rabid dog inside me that was trying to eat the deserts! I just said oh those look good and moved on. I guess I am making progress!
